Website content is not legal, tax, bankruptcy, accounting, appraisal, engineering, insurance, lending, title or financial advice.

No agency relationship from website use

Viewing the site, sending a form, calling, texting or emailing does not by itself create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, attorney-client, lender-borrower or other professional relationship. Any real-estate representation is governed by the applicable written agreements and disclosures.

Property descriptions, measurements, square footage, lot size, year built, upgrades, permit status, historical information, neighborhood information, photographs, availability and other facts may come from sellers, public records, MLS/IDX data or other third-party sources and should be independently verified when material to a decision. Active-listing information can change without notice.

Foreclosure and time-sensitive information

Foreclosure statutes, loan documents, trustee-sale dates, servicer decisions and court orders are property-specific and may change. Do not rely on a general website article as a personalized deadline calculation or as confirmation that a sale has been postponed. If you provide contact information, you authorize a response to your inquiry using the contact method you supplied. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to receive unrelated automated marketing messages. If future text-message or marketing programs require additional consent, that consent should be obtained separately.

Unless otherwise stated, original text, layout, branding and commissioned or licensed photography on OCaballero.com may be protected by copyright or other rights. Digitally altered images

If a property-advertising image is digitally altered in a manner that changes the appearance of the property and a disclosure or access to the original image is legally required, the applicable disclosure/original-image access should accompany that advertising before publication.

Availability and site operation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, correct, remove or reorganize content without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item of information is complete or current.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oscar Caballero and the affiliated brokerage are not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content instead of obtaining property-specific verification or professional advice.
