Before a home reaches the market, I'm already thinking about how someone will encounter it for the first time and what will make them want to see more.
That creative instinct is balanced by an analytical one. I enjoy the numbers, the strategy and the negotiation, and I've built much of my practice around solving situations that aren't always straightforward. Whether I'm representing an exceptional property or navigating a complicated sale, my approach is the same: understand what matters, build the right strategy, and present it extraordinarily well.
Every property asks for something different. The work is understanding what matters, finding the opportunity, and being deliberate about every decision that follows.
Competitive cycling appeals to both sides of my personality—the numbers, speed and performance, but also the mountains, landscapes and moments along the way worth remembering.
